Kim Ah-joong, a young starlet whose name LITERALLY translates into "the center of Asia"!

Kim Ah-joong was chosen as a winner of the "Hot Face" award, from the "Elle Style cyber-Awards Asia, 2007," held in Hong Kong.
Awards from the ceremony are given to artists all through Asia, who have shown excellence in their work.

Past winners include Madonna, Kylie Minogue, Marc Jacobs, and Vivienne Westwood - JUST to name a few!

Kim Ah-joong took the award for "Hot Face," presented to an artist who has been in the spotlight for the past year. The nominees had also included BoA, Lee Joon-ki, and Jun Ji-hyun.

Kim Ah-joong rose to stardom after starring in the 2006 film, "200 Pound Beauty", and won several awards for her solid performance.

Since then, everyone has been wondering about what production she'll choose next! 2008's comin... we hope to hear from her soon!
