Here's another way the new Secretary General could outshine his predecessor: Demand that Beijing live up to its international obligations to let the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees help the tens of thousands of North Korean refugees hiding in northeast China.

How does it affect Korea's Good Reputation, in your opinion?

I know for some of you this is too far but in my community this is a a very heated subject since there are people from Israel and from Arabic countries studying together.
I'd like to listen to an outsiders opinion, not that im an insider but because i was born close there is a certain degree of blindfolding from my part to certain truths.
