He is well-known in East Asian countries such as Korea, Japan, Taiwan, China, and Thailand as a leading star of the Korean wave. He has been called the “Asian Michael Jackson” or the “Asian Justin Timberlake.” Rain is becoming more and more popular, and is now at the level of an international star. I love Rain(Bi), i've loved him before i knew he could act. There's something about him that sets him apart from other korean actors (aside from not having a double eye lid)

His passion is expressed in his heart and i have yet to see another actor who can effectively bring out so much heart even though he is just acting.
