The music video for the new song "That House You Live In," in which top star Kim Hye-soo and singer Park Jin-young collaborated, is finally out. The music video, which offers a visual story that goes with the lyrics and feels like a movie, is about a guy who runs into his ex on the street. He follows her and gets a glimpse of her daily life, feeling pangs of emotion. The bold club-dancing scene toward the beginning shows the two stars' unstoppable charisma and has been chosen as a highlight scene. Park Jin-young was reportedly moved to tears during filming by Kim Hye-soo's intense acting.

Album producer and singer Park Jin-young has begun producing his own studio album. Once released, his 7th studio album will be his first album release in six years.

An official at Park Jin-young's management agency said once Park arrives in Korea, he will immediately begin recording his album and producing the music videos. He added that only Park and a high official at JYP Entertainment know about the album's production process.

Park Jin-young, the pop musician and producer who “invented” the K-pop superstar Rain, is planning another Asian culture assault on the U.S. market by training up a group of future pop idols from scratch. The Chosun Ilbo met up with him at the new office of JYP USA on 31st Street in Manhattan New York. In the office, which opened June 20, Park started off by saying, “This building cost W3.5 billion (US$1=W938) when the company bought it. But it’s now worth W4.3 billion after we got the repairs done. I’ve already made money with this building before I even started business.”
