Miss Korea 2007 Lee Ji-seon has become the first top beauty from South Korea to visit North Korea. Lee visited the inter-Korean industrial complex in the North Korean city of Kaesong on Oct. 16.

Lee attended a ceremony marking the completion of construction of the first phase of an industrial zone in the complex overseen by the Korea Land Corporation.

This year's Miss Korea third place winner Yoo Hanna took second place at the 2007 Miss Intercontinental pageant held Saturday at Seychelles, an island nation in the Indian Ocean.

With a height of 178 cm and an ideal figure of 34-24-36 inches, Yoo is also an academic talent, studying consumerism and textiles at Ewha Woman's University.

Lee Ji-sun (24) was crowned the 51st Miss Korea for 2007 at the beauty contest held at the Sejong Center on Friday. Lee, looking gorgeous at 170 cm and weighing 49 kg, was born in 1983 and graduated from Parsons, a reputed design school in New York City

Miss Korea Honey Lee, the fourth runner-up of this year's Miss Universe beauty pageant, will play the gayageum at the opening ceremony of Campus Mission slated for July 2-6 in Busan.
