Singer Tim is to make a comeback with his fourth album after a year-and-a-half hiatus.

Tim will release his new album entitled "Love Is" on Oct. 24. It contains 12 tracks including lyrical ballads and upbeat pop songs.

The album also features singer Sohn Ho-young and famous saxophonist Danny Chung. The songs were written by Kim Young-hoo, who also writes for BoA, TVXQ, Hwi-sung and Lee Seung-chul, as well as James Jones, a member of the U.S. R&B band All 4 One.

Tim's agency said the singer's fourth album stands apart for its heart-moving lyrics and lyrical melodies, and differs from Tim's previous music, in part because singer Hwi-sung also participated in the songwriting.

Tim will make a comeback late this month and will appear on various shows.
