TIME. ("Shigan") The internationally renowned director Kim Ki-duk whose last feature film The Bow failed miserably in the Korean box office has made his 13th film. It features actress Seong Hyeon-a (Cello, Scarlet Letter) and actor Ha Jeong-woo (She's On Duty, The Unforgiven). It is the story of a once powerful love now fading away, and it is going to take a powerful remedy to restore the passion to its former level. Produced by Kim Ki-Duk Films, Time was selected as the Opening Film at the 2006 Karlovy Vary International Film Festival. There were rumors that Kim would not bother to release this film in Korea, but it has been picked up by the distributor Sponge and is now scheduled for an August 24 release in Korea.
