When you create a post or a blog, then you can define the category (or terms).

This is called tagging. At the bottom of this site's web page, you will see popular tags (terms) user defined. Using these tags, hopefully people can find interesting content easily.

Very good suggestions. I was actually working on some of these features. First, I will work on the 'online' icon (this shouldn't take too long), then I will work on other features (such as layout and Korean information page).

These are the points users get when they do the following actions:

Points for posting a blog entry: 5
Points for posting a forum topic: 5
Points for posting a image: 5
Points for posting a poll: 5
Points for posting a comment: 2
Points for inviting a user: 10
Points when invited user registers: 10

In the future, I am thinking about displaying the most active users to the front of the web site.
